The road to Rincon, Puerto Rico 413, is literally the “Road to Happiness”.  It’s even printed right on the street sign!  Great waves, weather, and a laid back vibe make Rincon, PR paradise.  Surfers have been coming to our family home of Rincon for decades - and they’ll tell you that after a long day shredding waves, nothing hits the spot like traditional Puerto Rican “beach food”… The Empanada!   Stuffed with beef, chicken, shrimp or fish to name a few; and equally delicious hot or cold, the empanada is perfect surf food.   In fact, the only thing better than an empanada at the beach…  An empanada AND a donut at the beach 😉.
